Improved version of two fictitious Nimitz Class aircraft carriers sailing in British Columbia.
This updated version provides full AI parking and taxiways, and cures the "Sinking Carrier" syndrome experienced in the previous version if AI flights and parking was enabled on the carriers.
One on the beautiful Lake Okanagan , and one in the Straits of Georgia near Vancouver.
I live in Kelowna just over the hill from the carrier and do most of my flying from here
and grew up in Vancouver.
I fly ONLY fly military aircraft and love to do carrier "Traps" but find flying out over the ocean mostly boring, so I talked the Canadian government into buying a couple of mothballed carriers and putting them in Okanagan Lake and the Straits of Georgia for me to use.
(Hey, they waste money on everything else so...:)
Just drop the HMCS Okanagan and HMCS Vancouver folders into your "Add-on Scenery" folder and be sure to add
the Arrestor cables .dat file if you use arrestor cables. (Also activate the scenery in Flight Sim)

BTW if anyone can tell me how to create a proper hard deck on this model please do so as I'm
just fumbling around to get this to work.
Right now because of the way I created a landable surface with AfCad I can't add
AI parking without it totally messing up the deck.
Everything ends up on the water :(
